This website provides information on concepts of spatial referencing. A brief introduction is given, followed by more in-depth notes on coordinate systems, reference surfaces, map projections and coordinate transformations. It includes publications, links to external resources and a question form. The website is used in the ITC educational programmes as an on-line help for students.
